OUR REFUND POLICY
We choose to provide an intimate learning environment for our participants, and in order to maintain that vibe, we run our courses with a limited number of available spaces. Even with a wait-list, it can be difficult to fill last-minute cancellations. We get it— sometimes unforeseeable things come up, and plans must change. We always hope that's not the case, but when it is, here's how we dance in order to keep our classes running:
If you cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of your course, you will receive a refund for the full amount of your course fee, minus $100 (non-refundable deposit).
If you cancel with less than 2 weeks until the course start date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the full course amount.
If you register, pay in full, and then we never hear from you again, or we hear from you after your course has come and gone, you forfeit any refund.
Note: If you register for any course well in advance of its start date and choose the partial-payment option ($100 non-refundable deposit), full payment is due 2 weeks prior to course start date. If you register for any course with less than 2 weeks until the start date of the course, the course fee must be paid in full upon registration (i.e., there is no $100 deposit option).
