Sticks and Stones

This course focuses exclusively on becoming one with the white-tail deer.  Apply the sacred skills of the ancients to get as close as you can to a white-tail while staying completely invisible (some may even get close enough to reach out and touch the animal).  You will push your growth edge in the skills of camouflage, stalking, bird language, tracking and naturalist awareness to the extreme.  Using only your bow (or camera— whichever you feel confident with and are licensed to use),  we will teach you the ways of the traditional hunt as we have learned them.  

While respectfully embodying the caretaker mentality at all times, we'll show you how to use the whole animal, from field-dressing, butchering, and meat preservation to skinning and hide preservation.
