Traditional Bow Building Workshop
Learn the Ancient Art of Bow Building. Through this hands-on workshop, students spend time shaping, tillering, bending and finally shooting their own bows. This course is the journey of the wood from the forest to the hand-tailored bow, in 4 days.
There are 3 workshops scheduled for 2010 at our workshop:
When:
Friday May 21st (6pm) to Sunday May 24th, (6pm)
Thursday July 30th to Monday August 2th,
Thursday October 14th to Sun Oct 17th,


Where: Sticks and Stones Workshop – Honeywood, Ontario
Price: $350 (includes HST)
Includes:
- All course materials, wood and tools (bring your own tools if you have them.)
- Space to set up your tent for the 3 nights/space to set up a sleeping pad in the Workshop.
- Wholesome Dinners, provided Friday through to and including Monday. Coffee/tea and good drinking water provided.
Additional notes:
- -Bring your own Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks. Full Kitchen facilities available: fridge/stove wares, Bring your own dishes: fork, spoon, knife, bowl, plate, cup/mug.
- -Deposit required with application by April 1st, and August 12, 2009
